Over 25 Years of Business and Management Consulting Expertise

Warren Nagler, founder and president of Strategic Solutions, is a seasoned management consultant who has served as a financial executive with the leading international management consulting firms Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting. He has also held management positions at several Fortune 500 companies: Pizza Hut, Inc.; Liberty Hardware, a division of Masco Corp.; Kemper Insurance Company, and JB Oxford & Company.

After earning his Bachelors Degree in economics, Mr. Nagler's first business enterprise was as a founding member of Jadtec, Inc., a computer distribution and software development firm in Orange, California. As Vice President of Finance and Administration, Warren helped sustain the company's growth while it established itself as a leading developer of financial accounting software for manufacturing and distribution companies. Today, the 25-year old company has earned recognition from Inc. Magazine for its innovative business practices.

In the late '80s, Warren joined Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc., where he served as a lead associate in their Information Technology Strategy practice. Working with the firm's corporate clients, he developed and supplied IT based strategies, then helped them implement these strategies to achieve a competitive advantage.

In 1990, he was recruited by Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), the world's largest management consulting firm to work as a Senior Associate and quickly advanced to Manager of their Consumer Product Practice in their Strategic Services division. At Accenture, he expanded his role to provide strategic planning, organizational design, and operational and IT technology strategies. The result was the development of Accenture's vertical market expertise in the Quick Service and Family Restaurant industry.

In 1993, Mr. Nagler joined PepsiCo as a Senior Management Designate with responsibilities for strategic planning, finance and accounting, information technology, purchasing and administration. Over the next few years, he served as both the Director of Finance for the Florida Division of Pizza Hut and as Senior Director and CFO for Pizza Hut, Canada. During his three-year tenure he was responsible for approximately 700 company-owned and 250 franchise restaurants in Florida and another 250 company owned restaurants and 150 franchises in Canada. Pizza Hut achieved a 20% annual sales and profit growth in Florida and a 12% growth in Canada, despite a difficult economy.

From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Nagler joined Liberty Hardware (which became a division of Masco Corp.), a premiere supplier of hardware products to Home Depot's U.S. chain, serving as its Vice President and CFO. Liberty Hardware grew from $7 million in sales to $40 million - at which point, Warren assisted in the company's sale to Masco for a very substantial premium.

In 1997, Warren launched Strategic Solutions with a referral from Deloitte & Touche to consult to a publicly-traded, national, automotive paint company. As its financial and managerial consultant, Mr. Nagler helped the company implement a complex computer system that was needed to improve their accounting and distribution functions. After becoming proficient in using that system, the company was able to support an aggressive acquisition strategy to expand their profitability.

Since then, Strategic Solutions has provided its financial and strategic expertise to a wide range of industries helping its clients sail smoothly through challenging transitions. The result, across the board, is higher sales and profitability for its clients.

Mr. Nagler earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He holds a General Securities License (Series 7) and a Financial Operation Principal License (Series 27) from the National Association of Securities Dealers.
